About this app

Tiles in Hole: Black Hole is a hands-on swipe-and-suck puzzle where you drag a tiny void around the board to gulp colorful 3D shapes and watch them pile — then spectacularly collapse. Sounds simple? It's not. You’ll be lining up hexagons, stars, cubes and weird geometric bits (they look nicer than they sound) to build the tallest stack possible and trigger that one glorious collapse animation everyone on the feed is talking about. Controls are stupidly straightforward: drag, aim, swallow. The sensitivity is adjustable, which saved my sanity on a bus once. Visuals matter here — every tile has gradients, metallic sheens and satisfying particle trails when they fall in. Skins (over sixty, says the app) change the whole vibe: some glow, some glitter, some look like they mugged a disco ball. Premium skins add extra lighting and sound cues — yes, you can spend on them, but you don’t have to. "I can't stop watching the collapse," a friend texted me last night. Me: "Same." (We are not proud.) There are hundreds of handcrafted levels and a progressive puzzle system that ramps up in blunt, sometimes rude ways. Expect clever blockers, level-specific rules, and the occasional level that will make you curse like a sailor. Leaderboards, weekly tournaments, and seasonal packs keep things fresh — plus the game runs offline, which is perfect when you want a guilty-pleasure session without chewing mobile data. Pause. Think about it: this isn’t a brain-melter for hardcore speedrunners, and it’s not a mindless clicker either. It sits somewhere in the middle — tactile, oddly meditative, but with teeth when it needs them. If you want quick sessions (commutes, waiting rooms) or deep, stubbornly satisfying runs where you try to squeeze another point out of a level, this will do both. Support is available at support@lihuhugames.com if you need help (or want to complain about a boss level — they read those).

Editor's Review

I downloaded Tiles in Hole late on a weeknight and, yeah, it ate my sleep. I played level after level just to see that collapse again — that neat vertical stack giving way like a tiny city crumbling. I got stuck on one level for nearly two hours (my thumb cramped; real talk). There’s a goofy little joy in figuring out the exact order to swallow tiles so the stack folds perfectly. Some levels feel like puzzles. Some feel like rhythm. Most feel like candy. The game nails tactile feedback: the sounds when tiles fall, the glow trails — they matter. Controls are responsive, though I bumped sensitivity down once because my hand kept over-aiming. Ads show up in places (surprise), and there’s a paywall for some flashy skins — not hideous, but present. I wish difficulty spikes were smoothed a bit; one minute you breeze levels, the next you’re thrown into a spike that feels unfair. "Why are you still playing?" my roommate asked. Me: "Because it looks and sounds good, alright?" (Also because I'm stubborn.) Bottom line: if you like clean visuals, satisfying mechanical feedback, and short-but-obsessive sessions, you’ll enjoy this. If you hate occasional ads and microtransactions, temper your expectations. Still—worth a late-night download, no regrets.
